This privacy policy applies to the Amyet app, developed and operated by Amyet. Amyet respects and protects the personal privacy of all users who use the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Amyet will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, Amyet will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, Amyet will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior permission. Amyet updates this privacy policy at any time. When you agree to this application service usage agreement, it is deemed that you have agreed to all the contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the Amyet service usage agreement.
Scope of Application
(1) The personal registration information you provide according to the application requirements when you register your Amyet account.
(2) When you use the Amyet network service, or when accessing the web page of the Amyet platform, Amyet automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language, date and time of visit, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you need.
(3) User personal data obtained by Amyet from business partners through legal channels.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this privacy policy:
(1) The keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the Amyet platform.
(2) The relevant information collected by Amyet that you publish in Amyet, including but not limited to participation activities, transaction information and evaluation details.
(3) Violations of legal regulations or violations of Amyet rules and the measures that Amyet has taken against you.
Use of Information
(1) Amyet will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless with your prior permission, or the third party and Amyet (including Amyet's affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the end of the service, they will be prohibited from accessing all these materials that they were able to access before.
(2) Amyet also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any user of the Amyet platform engages in the above activities, once discovered, Amyet has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.
(3) For the purpose of serving users, Amyet may use your personal information to provide you with information that you are interested in, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with Amyet partners to send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
Information Disclosure
Under the following circumstances, Amyet will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or legal requirements:
(1) Disclosure to a third party with your prior consent.
(2) In order to provide the products and services you require, you must share your personal information with a third party.
(3) According to the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial institutions, disclose to the third party or the administrative or judicial institutions.
(4) If you violate relevant laws and regulations or the Amyet service agreement or relevant rules, you need to disclose it to a third party.
(5) If you are a qualified intellectual property right complainant and have filed a complaint, you shall disclose it to the respondent at the request of the respondent so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes.
(6) In a transaction created on the Amyet platform, if either party of the transaction has fulfilled or partially fulfilled its transaction obligations and made a request for information disclosure, Amyet has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of the counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the settlement of disputes.
(7) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by Amyet in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.
Information Storage and Exchange
The information and data about you collected by Amyet will be stored on the servers of Amyet and/or its affiliates. Such information and data may be transmitted to your country, the region or the region where Amyet collects information and data and is accessed, stored and displayed outside the country.
Use of Cookies
(1) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, Amyet will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use the services or functions of the Amyet platform that rely on cookies. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on the information network.
(5) When using Amyet network services for online transactions, you inevitably have to disclose your personal information to the counterparty or potential transaction partner.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
(1) If Amyet decides to change the privacy policy, we will post these changes in this policy and on the Amyet website, so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information, who can access this information, and under what circumstances we will disclose it.
(2) Amyet reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please check it frequently. If there is a significant change to this policy, Amyet will notify you through a website notice.
Please properly protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially your Amyet username and password, please contact Amyet customer service immediately so that Amyet can take corresponding measures.

b) 在您使用 Amyet 网络服务，或访问 Amyet 平台网页时，本软件自动接收并记录的您的浏览器和计算机上的信息，包括但不限于您的IP地址、浏览器的类型、使用的语言、访问日期和时间、软硬件特征信息及您需求的网页记录等数据；
c) Amyet 通过合法途径从商业伙伴处取得的用户个人数据。
您了解并同意，以下信息不适用本隐私权政策：
d) 您在使用 Amyet 平台提供的搜索服务时输入的关键字信息；
e) 本软件收集到的您在 Amyet 发布的有关信息数据，包括但不限于参与活动、成交信息及评价详情；
f) 违反法律规定或违反 Amyet 规则行为及本软件已对您采取的措施。
信息使用
a) Amyet 不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息，除非事先得到您的许可，或该第三方和 Amyet（含 Amyet 关联公司）单独或共同为您提供服务，且在该服务结束后，其将被禁止访问包括其以前能够访问的所有这些资料。

f) 在 Amyet 平台上创建的某一交易中，如交易任何一方履行或部分履行了交易义务并提出信息披露请求的，Amyet 有权决定向该用户提供其交易对方的联络方式等必要信息，以促成交易的完成或纠纷的解决。
g) 其它 Amyet 根据法律、法规或者网站政策认为合适的披露。
信息存储和交换
Amyet 收集的有关您的信息和资料将保存在 Amyet 及（或）其关联公司的服务器上，这些信息和资料可能传送至您所在国家、地区或 Amyet 收集信息和资料所在地的境外并在境外被访问、存储和展示。
